Cilantro Lime Shrimp (Whole30 & Paleo)

This Cilantro Lime Shrimp is a perfect Whole30 week night meal. It only takes 10 minutes total and it is so flavorful! The shrimp works well in a burrito bowl, tacos, served over cauliflower rice or just eaten alone.

Make sure to always cook with wild caught seafood when you can. Wild caught shrimp are caught in the wild, and farm raised shrimp are raised on farms. But, the environment on a fish farm is VERY different from that in the wild and this dramatically impacts the nutrients of this fish. Wild caught shrimp eat a natural fish diet and are rich source of essential minerals and vitamins.Farm raised shrimp are fed antibiotics to help control illness and the farm raised tanks are treated with chemicals to control bacteria and fungi. These antibiotics are what you are consuming when eating farm raised shrimp and the nutrients are sufficiently depleted due to the stressful conditions the shrimp were living in. A great option for wild caught seafood is Butcher Box, a monthly meat and seafood delivery service that delivers high quality, organic, and sustainable meats.
