In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, cilantro, cumin and slat and pepper to taste. When combined, add in peeled shrimp and mix together.
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook undisturbed for 1 minute. Stir-fry until cooked through, about 2 to 3 minutes, being careful to not overcook.
Remove shrimp from heat and add red pepper flakes if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
