Nutritional Therapy is the practice of using a science based approach to work with individuals to meet their health goals. Nutritional Therapists work with you to give you the tools you need to improve your overall health, support your health concerns and find the root cause of your symptoms by using nutrition, lifestyle changes, and supplementation.
As a Nutritional Therapist, I believe that there is not a “one-size fits all” approach to health. I help each client find the right types of whole foods that will restore balance and enhance each body’s ability to heal. I will work with you to understand the importance of a nutrient-dense diet that is deeply nourishing along with lifestyle choices to restore proper health.
I use a wide range of educational tools and techniques to identify and correct nutritional imbalances and deficiencies. I believe in honoring the body’s capacity to restore, regenerate, and correct itself — when given the tools and nutrients to do so.

Before your consultation, I will ask you to complete a Health Questionnaire and a Three-Day Food and Mood journal to ensure our time together is most effective.
We will have a 60-minute consultation together, during this session we’ll get to know one another and will deep-dive into your health history and better understand your goals.
We will then create your Personal Nutrition & Lifestyle program in our follow up meetings. This will include goals, dietary suggestions, lifestyle strategies, supplement recommendations and testing referrals (if required).
