Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place chicken breast in baking pan and surround with cherry tomatoes.
Season chicken with Italian seasoning, red pepper and salt and pepper. Season tomatoes with a generous serving of salt and pepper.
Evenly drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over chicken and tomatoes and place in oven. Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken is 165°F (74°C) and cherry tomatoes are bursting.
Drizzle chicken and tomatoes with balsamic glaze and garnish with basil.
Serve and enjoy hot!
